PADANG, INVESTIGASI_
Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) SatuPena Provinsi Sumatra Barat (Sumbar) menyelenggarakan kegiatan bedah buku berjudul Bung Hatta and Boven Digoel When a Papuan Cried to Me, (Bung Hatta dan Boven Digoel Ketika Seorang Papua Menangis Padaku) karya Ketua DPD SatuPena Provinsi Sumatra Barat Sastri Bakry, Kamis (20/6/2024) di salah satu café di jalan Samudera Padang.

  1. Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) Guidelines

    Estrogen and Testosterone Support

Consider using an aromatase inhibitor (AI) to help manage
    estrogen levels during PCT.

Ensure you’re maintaining a healthy ratio of testosterone to estrogen. This can be achieved through diet, exercise, and supplementation if
    necessary.

    Healthier Lifestyle During PCT

Maintain a calorie surplus with whole foods to support muscle
    growth and recovery.

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption and processed foods to minimize negative effects on hormonal balance.

    Recovery and Sleep

Ensure adequate sleep (7-9 hours per night)
for optimal recovery and hormone regeneration.

Engage in light cardio or yoga sessions 3-4 times per week to support overall recovery.

    Conclusion

Post Cycle Therapy is a critical phase in any performance enhancement program.
Properly managing hormone levels and recovery will maximize your gains
    and minimize adverse effects.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any
new supplementation or program to ensure safety and effectiveness.

    # PCT Post Cycle Therapy: What We Recommend After a Cycle

Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) is a crucial component in bodybuilding regimens,
designed to help athletes recover after a cycle of steroid use.

It’s essential to understand the science behind PCT to ensure effective
    recovery and minimize side effects.

    ## William Llewellyn’s ANABOLICS, 9th ed.: What You Need to Know

William Llewellyn, in his renowned book “ANABOLICS,” extensively covers the importance of PCT.
Pages 85 to (though incomplete) emphasize that PCT isn’t just about recovery—it’s about preserving gains and maintaining health.

Llewellyn recommends a structured approach to PCT to optimize hormone function and prevent
    complications like testicular desensitization.

    ## The HPTA Axis: Understanding Its Role in PCT

    The Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular Axis (HPTA)
is central to hormonal balance. During PCT, the HPTA can become dysregulated due to steroid use, leading to testicular desensitization. This state means the testes aren’t
responding properly to hormones, affecting recovery and
    future cycles.

    ### Testicular Desensitization: A PCT Challenge

Testicular desensitization is a common issue post-cycle. Steroids can damage
the testicular function, reducing hormone production. Without addressing this, athletes risk permanent
    hormonal decline.

    ## The Role of Anti-Estrogens in PCT

Anti-estrogens are often recommended during PCT to counteract the effects of steroids on the body.
They help mitigate estrogen-related side effects and support a healthier hormonal environment.

    ### HCG: A Key Component in PCT

Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is a cornerstone of effective PCT protocols.

It stimulates hormone production, helping the body recover after steroid use.

Without HCG, recovery can be hindered, leading to testicular atrophy and reduced natural
    hormone output.

    ## The PoWeR PCT Program: A Comprehensive Approach

The PoWeR PCT Program is designed for strength and efficiency.
It incorporates anti-estrogens, HCG, and structured protocols to aid in recovery.
This program helps athletes maintain muscle mass and recover faster post-cycle.

    ### Protocols: Tailored Strategies for Success

Protocols vary based on individual needs and steroid use duration. Basic protocols
    include:
    – **Short PCT (4-6 weeks):** Focus on anti-estrogens and HCG to reset hormone
    production.
    – **Longer PCT (8-12 weeks):** Use higher doses of HCG with additional support to restore testicular function.

    ## Where to Shop for Domestic Anabolic Steroids

When it comes to sourcing steroids, reliability is key. Look for trusted domestic suppliers offering high-quality products.
Use the discount code T20 for up to 40% off on selected items.

    ### Sale: Limited-Time Offer

Don’t miss out on our current sale! Enjoy up to 40% off selected domestic anabolic steroid
    products with the code T20.

    ## Final Thoughts on PCT

PCT isn’t just about recovery—it’s about preserving your body’s ability to produce hormones
naturally. Following a well-structured PCT protocol
is essential for maintaining health and future cycling success.

  2. Given the metabolic role of creatine and the PCR/CK system, particularly during ischemia and in some disease states, there has been interest in examining the potential therapeutic role of creatine in a selection of scientific populations. The following offers a short overview of a few of this work as an introduction to topics that shall be reviewed in larger detail in other papers on this particular problem. I share my fitness training expertise in addition to the sports science analysis I’ve carried out on the various advantages strength building, exercise, & good consuming habits offer us. Since studies present creatine does not seem to have an impact on insulin levels, many vitamin and fitness specialists agree that taking it shouldn’t technically break a quick, though everybody’s body is exclusive. First I found that Creapure even existed and then I immediately immersed into studying about how it’s made with super strict standards, and how it’s the standard form used in creatine sports & muscular performance studies. In summary, Creapure isn’t only a fancier model of creatine monohydrate; it’s a meticulously crafted, rigorously tested, and extremely trusted product that takes the guesswork out of supplementation. Manufactured by Alzchem Trostberg GmbH in Germany, Creapure is made from creatine monohydrate, the most used and most studied form of creatine globally.
Briefly, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) serves as the primary source of vitality in most dwelling cells. Enzymatic degradation of ATP into adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and inorganic phosphate (Pi) liberates free power to gasoline metabolic activity. Creatine also performs an essential function in shuttling Pi from the mitochondria into the cytosol to type PCr to assist preserve cellular bioenergetics (i.e., Creatine Phosphate Shuttle) [8]. In this fashion, PCr can donate its phosphate to ADP, thereby restoring ATP for cellular wants leaving creatine in the cytosol to diffuse back into the mitochondria to shuttle the subsequent phosphate to places removed from its production site [8]. The ATP saved within the cells is often sufficient for vitality depletion that lasts lower than two seconds.
Due to its low manufacturing costs, additionally it is probably the most inexpensive kind of creatine. Creatine monohydrate is often consumed as a powder in order that the physique absorbs it quickly. To reiterate, the principle benefit of creatine HCl is that smaller doses are simply as efficient as bigger doses of creatine monohydrate, and this might be prudent for people that experience gastrointestinal discomfort from creatine monohydrate dietary supplements. Creatine HCl can also be extremely soluble in water, which means you do not need as much liquid to dissolve the powder absolutely.
This brief review will study both animal and human research in relation to the regulation and expression of the creatine transporter (CreaT). The current literature may be very preliminary in regards to inspecting how creatine supplementation impacts CreaT expression while concomitantly following a resistance coaching regimen. In conclusion, it’s prudent that future analysis start to look at CreaT expression as a result of creatine supplementation in humans in a lot the same means as in animal models. Despite the scientific research however, creatine monohydrate does include attenuated results similar to bloating, cramping, water retention, and poor bioavailability. As A Outcome Of of those negative drawbacks, other types of creatine have been created to handle these unwanted effects, to find a way to ship a stronger dose of creatine, as properly as improve efficiency measures. When administered in a loading protocol with multiple doses of creatine monohydrate per day, a rise in FFM because of water retention could be anticipated [27,28]. First, as beforehand mentioned, a higher FFM facilitates higher energy outputs [22].
Nevertheless, it has been studied that the absorption rate of creatine monohydrate in the body is quite sluggish at a better dose. There are a quantity of ways and parameters you probably can look as much as compare creatine monohydrate vs creatine nitrate. A few of them we now have addressed here that should assist you to to know the comparison. After analyzing the fundamental aspects of Creatine monohydrate and nitrate, let’s elaborate on the necessary thing variations between both the kinds of creatine. Jacked Factory supplements comprise nothing however research-supported components in efficient doses, without any synthetic dyes or fillers.
Little research supports these assertions directly, however arginine’s NO-boosting effect improves muscle progress in young rats, whereas KIC and AKG have muscle-building or muscle-supporting results of their own. It Is certainly plausible that these (and presumably other) NO complement combos could enhance pump or muscle mass for some. Additionally, the solubility of creatine monohydrate dietary supplements is poor compared to Kre-Alkalyn, which dissolves completely in water and is considered superior in this regard. As is the case with many dietary supplements, the benefits that include regularly taking creatine may not be everlasting.
When it involves health dietary supplements, creatine is commonly recognized as some of the efficient for enhancing athletic efficiency and muscle growth. Nevertheless, with completely different forms like Creatine HCL (Hydrochloride) and Creatine Monohydrate obtainable, making the proper alternative for you may be confusing. The most common dosing strategy for creatine monohydrate includes a loading part of 20 grams per day for 5-7 days, followed by a upkeep phase of 3-5 grams per day. Nonetheless, some people could opt for a no-loading technique with a consistent intake of 3-5 grams per day. It’s important to consult with a healthcare provider to discover out the best dosing technique for individual needs. Meta-analyses have provided a complete overview of creatine’s impact on physical perform, particularly in specific populations. A significant discovering across a quantity of research is the constant improvement in muscle power and performance when creatine is supplemented, particularly in older adults and individuals with chronic ailments.
This has made creatine essentially the most coveted dietary supplement amongst health lovers and athletes. Seaweeds similar to Spirulina contain the most amount of creatine which is about 0.86g. It also helps to lower the body weight by not permitting the physique to soak up fat (25). The high content material of creatine in pork makes it nice for bodybuilders, recovering athletes, folks post-surgery, or others who need to construct up or repair muscular tissues (8).
However, there are numerous different types of creatine, and discovering the most effective sort could be a problem as a result of there being so many selections. You have many choices, such as Creapure, creatine malate, kre-alkalyn, and creatine monohydrate complement, making it confusing to know which supplies the best results. Rising evidence suggests a link between creatine and psychological disorders , such as nervousness and despair, due to creatine rising the exercise of neurotransmitters within the mind. This exercise might lead to the overstimulation of the central nervous system, which influences mental well-being. We suggest first consulting your licensed healthcare skilled earlier than adding a new supplement to your routine.
Creatine is a naturally occurring compound in your physique, primarily stored in muscle cells, and plays a significant role in vitality production throughout high-intensity actions. It supports the replenishment of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), the vitality currency of cells. Widespread dietary sources embrace meat and fish, but supplementation has become a well-liked alternative for these trying to enhance muscle efficiency and recovery. Long-term research on the well being outcomes of creatine supplementation have supplied valuable insights into its security and efficacy over extended intervals. Notably, analysis signifies that consistent use of creatine over 30 days or extra can lead to sustained improvements in muscle mass and power.
While both forms of creatine serve to boost athletic performance, research tend to favor creatine monohydrate for its well-documented benefits and higher stability within the physique. Nevertheless, ongoing research is essential to totally perceive the potential of creatine phosphate in sports supplementation. [1] Of these, 70% of research showed benefits in excessive depth exercise similar to sprinting and weightlifting. The benefits included a 10-40% enhance in phosphocreatine stores, a 5-15% improve in work capacity and maximum effort in power and strength and a 1-5% increase in sprint performance. Creatine phosphate stands as a key component within the quest for enhanced bodily efficiency and health. Its position in power metabolism, coupled with the advantages it offers to athletes and health fanatics, makes it a subject of nice curiosity and potential. For further exploration, think about reading the newest analysis publications or consulting with a sports activities nutritionist.
There is a good amount of research published on creatine supplementation; protocols of administration, forms of creatine, as nicely as potential side effects. Despite this, the mechanisms by which creatine acts within the human physique to enhance bodily and cognitive efficiency are nonetheless not clear. The main goals of this review are to analyze the more recent findings on the consequences and mechanisms of creatine supplementation in sports activities and well being. As a secondary objective, we’ll analyze the most beneficial protocols of ingestion and its potential side effects. Creatine can enhance efficiency, promoting energy and power, by replenishing ATP throughout high-intensity train. Peirano and coworkers [334] found that topically applied creatine rapidly penetrates the dermis, stimulates collagen synthesis, and influences gene expression and protein. Moreover, the topical application of a creatine-containing formulation for six weeks significantly lowered the sagging cheek intensity within the jowl area, crow’s toes wrinkles, and wrinkles underneath the eyes.
It’s best to keep away from any drastic modifications in diet, similar to severe caloric restriction or carbohydrate elimination. Additional medical research is required to discover out whether or not Creatine Magnesium Chelate supplies superior performance measures. Abstract of literature on the consequences of creatine precursors on continual fatigue and Post-COVID syndrome.
Individuals with this response could also be limited in their power output not by glycolytic energy contribution but somewhat by neuromuscular or mechanical components such as the testing setup [2,22]. A change in ΔLa is noteworthy as a end result of 1) it’s the major parameter for calculating νLamax, and 2) we identified differences between situations in glycolytic contribution calculations as primarily related to variations in ΔLa. Particular Person outcomes with differences between situations are displayed in Determine 3.
The investigators also found that creatine at both the 2% and 4% by weight doses decreased depressive behaviors within the ovariectomized rats who received estradiol and progesterone compared to no creatine; this effect was not observed within the different groups [20]. Several of these investigations, significantly in animal fashions, reported improved exercise tolerance and/or medical outcomes. However, a big multi-site scientific trial conducted by Bender and coworkers [51] on PD, HD, and ALS patients didn’t find promising outcomes. In this regard, they monitored 1687 participants who supplemented their diet with creatine (9.5 g/day for up to 5 years).
    Creatine Hydrochloride (HCl)
Creatine hydrochloride (HCl) might be the most popular form of creatine proper now and also my private favourite. The main advantage creatine HCl presents over all other types of creatine is greater solubility. As A Outcome Of creatine HCl is extra soluble than other forms of creatine, the dosage required is far smaller, and in flip, this prevents gastrointestinal issues, water retention, and bloating. Creatine works by drawing water into the muscle cells, in flip, growing their volume (Chilibeck, P et al., 2017). Not solely does this contribute to the looks of bigger and fuller-looking muscles, but may also stimulate muscle development via mobile pathways. Remember, in relation to the controversy of creatine monohydrate vs creatine, research overwhelmingly supports the effectiveness of creatine monohydrate as the gold commonplace. While other types like buffered creatine supply potential benefits, they often come at the next value with less robust proof.
Creatine is naturally occurring in our bodies and is discovered within the muscle cells as a way to give us energy as we grind via those big lifts. In brief, after you eat protein, your kidneys and liver work to make your body’s personal creatine provide. This then makes it’s method to your muscle tissue where it is transformed to creatine phosphate and finally adenosine triphosphate, which is now obtainable and ready to be used for energy. With related properties to amino acids, creatine has nice abilities in helping with muscle development and recovery, as properly as a host of other bodily functions.
It should be noted nonetheless that their stance doesn’t specify which sort of creatine is most secure. Though creatine normally is one of those most generally researched fitness supplements, the vast majority of peer-reviewed research use creatine monohydrate. Creatine monohydrate supplementation can be recognized for bringing more water into the muscle, which is commonly responsible for the appearance of bigger muscles when individuals start creatine supplementation.
The supernatant was transferred right into a pre-weighed microfuge tube and neutralized with 2.1 M KHCO3/0.3 M MOPS answer. The samples have been then centrifuged once more at 7,000 rpm for five minutes and the supernatant was eliminated and positioned into microfuge tubes and frozen at −80°C. As a result, we can anticipate to see effects much like what we get with monohydrate.
In addition to that, it is wealthy in vitamins such as nutritional vitamins A, E, B3, B12, and B6, minerals like iron, zinc, and selenium. Members got weekly questionnaires on how nicely they tolerated the complement, how well they adopted the supplement protocol, and in the occasion that they skilled any medical problems/symptoms in the course of the examine. Compliance to the supplementation protocol was monitored by handing over empty weekly complement containers, supplement logs and verbal confirmation. After finishing the compliance procedures, topics got the required supplements and dosages for the next supplementation period. Muscle biopsies were obtained using a modified Bergstrom needle biopsy method following normal procedures [42].
At the top of the experimental protocol, exercise training intervention resulted in a decrease final body weight; Tc exhibited decreased physique weight when compared to the Cc and Tcr teams. Feed efficiency was lower in Tc and Tcr than Cc and Cr, respectively, and was larger in Cr than Cc. All educated rats were familiarized with the climbing train protocol for 3 days with a 10% animal physique weight load. A complete of 8 to 12 climbing sets had been thought-about a whole session during familiarization [36,37]. Latest research [7,21] decided the energetic contribution of the phosphagen, glycolytic, and cardio pathways to a 15-s all-out dash. For this sort of indirect assessment, phosphagen contribution is determined via fuel trade measurements, including OffV˙ O2 kinetics, whereas glycolytic contribution is inferred from changes in capillary blood lactate concentration [7]. Especially glycolytic contribution is carefully linked to power output through the 15-s all-out sprint test [22].
In this research, 27% have been responders, 45% have been quasi responders, and 27% have been non-responders. [43]  Outside of that, we don’t actually know what quantity of people reply properly to creatine supplementation. Regularly taking supplemental creatine can increase the creatine content material within the physique, thereby rising power availability, increasing muscle cell swelling, and muscle satellite tv for pc cell activation, amongst different mechanisms. Nevertheless, mechanisms don’t at all times tell the whole story and we should always speak about whether or not or not supplemental creatine truly improves efficiency and health. A research with 36 subjects, divided into 4 groups, (1) 20g of creatine monohydrate, (2) 3g of creatine monohydrate, (3) 3g of Creatine HCL, and (4) placebo, were all evaluated for physical efficiency changes after seven days of supplementation. The outcomes confirmed that there have been no important variations between the consequences of three and 20g of monohydrate and 3g of creatine HCL [R]. Lastly, contemplate the supplement type that will greatest meet your wants and support consistency.
Creatine supplementation also had a optimistic impact on infarct sizes after insult in ischemic mouse models [209]. These results suggest that creatine administration could lead to preventive CNS protection against concussions, traumatic mind injury, spinal wire damage, and insults [210]. Kre-Alkalyn does not require a loading part or de-loading phase, leading to larger cost-effectiveness and higher performance outcomes. Supramaximal efforts at 115% had been carried out till voluntary exhaustion or the inability to continue the exercise, and the tlim was recorded. The choice of depth of the supramaximal take a look at (i.e., 115%) was based mostly on previous investigations which demonstrated that this depth is the best exercise depth to discover out the AC[La-]+EPOCfast (Zagatto et al., 2016; Miyagi et al., 2017, 2018).
