Komandan Kodim (Dandim) 0309/Solok Letkol Arm Hendrik Setiawan S.E., menghadiri upacara pengibaran bendera dan detik – detik Proklamasi HUT Kemerdekaan RI ke 77 tahun 2022, Bertempat di Lapangan Merdeka Kodim 0309/Solok, Kelurahan Kampung Jawa Kecamatan Tanjung Harapan Kota Solok, (17/8/22).
Dengan mengambil Tema ” PULIH LEBIH CEPAT BANGKIT LEBIH KUAT ” upacara pengibaran bendera Merah Putih dalam rangka memperingati HUT RI Ke-77
bertindak selaku Inspektur Upacara (Irup) adalah Walikota Solok, H. Zul Efian S.H., M.Si.,
Dandim 0309/Solok, Letkol Arm Hendrik Setiawan S.E., mengatakan, bahwa tujuan pelaksanaan upacara tersebut diantarnya yaitu untuk mengenang serta menghargai para pejuang yang telah gugur dalam memperjuangkan kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia.
Peserta upacara, undangan maupun Paskibra yang bertugas mengibarkan bendera merah putih serta masyarakat yang menyaksikan perhelatan kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia di Kota Solok sangat antusias.
Namun, demikian pelaksanaan Upacara tidak mengurangi nilai – nilai semangat kemerdekaan dan upacara berjalan dengan lancar, dan tertib.

Usai pelaksanaan upacara pengibaran bendera kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan menyaksikan detik – detik Proklamasi Kemerdekaan RI ke 77 di Istana Negara secara Virtual di Kantor Balai Kota Solok.
Turut hadir pada pelaksanaan upacara tersebut diatas antara lain: Ketua DPRD Kota Solok Hj. Nurmisma, Wali Kota Solok, H. Zul Efian S.H., M.Si., Wakil Walikota Solok Dr. Ramadhani Kirana Putra S.E., M.M., Dandim 0309/Solok, Letkol Arm Hendrik Setiawan S.E., Kapolres Solok Kota, AKBP Ahmad Fadhilan, S.Si., M.Sc., M.Si., Ketua Pengadilan Kota Solok, R. Danang Noor Kusumo SH., Kajari Solok, Feni Nilasari S.H., M.H., Dansubpom 1-4 Solok Kapten Cpm I. Made Gusti, Para OPD Pemko Solok, Instansi Vertikal Kota Solok, Personil Kodim 0309/Solok, Personil Polres Solok Kota dan Forkopimda Kota Solok.
