Melalui WA nya, Erwin Isril, Selasa (26/7), mengatakan, proyek PL dibawah Rp200 juta, boleh dilakukan penunjukkan langsung. Namu, seharusnya untuk rekanan daerah bukan untuk rekanan yang dekat pemilik dana pokir
“Pagudana dibawah Rp200 juta itu, bisa dilakukan penunjukkan langsung. Baik itu, dari Pokir anggota dewan atau yang dikelola masing masing SKPD. Sebaiknya, ini dikerjakan oleh rekanan setempat yang kualifikasi kecil,” katanya.
Juga disebutkan, sebab akan memberi peluang pekerjaan buat mereka. “Kenyataan yang terjadi, bukan seperti itu, sebab ada yang bersifat monopoli. Buktinya, satu orang bisa mengerjakan 10 paket PL. Ini harus segera diluruskan dan disikapi pihak terkait,” harapnya
