Bahkan, proyek dimulai, 23 Maret 2022, nilai kontram Rp. 6.488.000.000, kontrak ditandatangani 23 Maret lalu, pekerjaan sebatas pembukaan jalan dan timbunan. Itupun hanya diperkirakan sepanjang 20 meter. Dan, masih jauh menuju lokasi pekerjaan embung
Pekerjaan lain, proyek dikerjakan kontraktor pelaksana CV Saguna Karya Pratama, juga sebatas direksi cats dan plang peringatan ada pekerjaan. Sehingga, proyek konsultan PT Vitech Pratama Konsultan, bakal terlambat dari jadwal
Sebab, proyek waktu pelaksanaan 284 hari kalender, belum masih minim. Telusuran media ini, senin (9/5), tak ada aktifitas pekerjaan. Kalaupun sudah dilakukan, hanya pembukaan dan timbunan jalan, itupun masih sepanjang 20 meter. Sehingga masih jauh dari lokasi pekerjaan embung
Direksi cats terlihat kosong dan tak berpenghuni. Dan, masih terlihat di kunci. Padahal, proyek ini, kontrak ditanda tangani, 23 Maret lalu. Menariknya, material timbunan diambil dari lokasi proyek chek dam milik BWSS di kampus itu. Ada sekitar 3 titik chekdam dilokasi tersebut.
Ini terungkap, saat media ini menelusuri pekerjaan di kampus Unand. Sampai menyusuri pekerjaan dilokasi chekdam lama, tak ditemukan pekerjaan embung. Namun, baru diketahui, setelah salah seorang warga menunjukkan lokasi pekerjaan.
Mamak, warga setempat, saat ditanya dimana lokasi, pekerjaan, mengatakan, pekerjaan berada dekat Surau Batu. Sekarang, pekerjaan masih belum jalan. Hanya dilakukan pembukaan dan penimbunan jalan.
“Sekarang tak ada aktifitas pekerjaan, sebab tak ada warga dan mobil colt yang mengambil material timbunan. Sebab, timbunan diambil di dekat chekdam atas dan dua lagi bagian bawah. Setiap hari dipenuhi warga dan mobil colt,” katanya.
Diprediksi material timbunan tak memiliki izin dan beresiko terhadap proyek chekdam milik BWSS V. Sebab, material diambil tak berjarak. “Material diambil dekat bendungan itu,” kata Mamak, menunjuk lokasi material yang diambil.
