PADANG, INVESTIGASI_ Peradi Goes to School (PGtS) seri ke 3 yang diikuti oleh 158 peserta itu berjalan lancar dan sukses. Seri ke 3 digelar di SMAN 3 Padang, Jl Gajah Mada Padang pada Selasa 18 Oktober 2022. Dimulai pukul 10.30 dan berakhir pada pukul 12.00 WIB.
Acara dibuka oleh Kepala Sekolah SMAN 3 Padang Dra, Ifna Sukma, MP.d. Dalam sambutannya, kepala sekolah yang akrab dipanggil Bu Uk itu menyampaikan terima kasihnya kepada DPC Peradi Padang yang telah bersedia meluangkan waktunya memberikan pencerahan hukum kepada murid-murid SMAN 3 Padang.
Ketua DPC Peradi Padang Miko Kamal, S.H., LL.M. PhD dalam paparannya menekankan pentingnya murid-murid SMAN 3 Padang memahami risiko hukum penggunaan teknologi yang tidak terkontrol. Miko mencontohkan bahwa sebagaimana yang tertera di dalam Pasal 45 ayat (1) UU No. 19/2016, setiap orang yang mendistribusikan informasi elektronik yang bermuatan asusila diancam dengan penjara maksimal 6 tahun atau denda maksimal 1 Milyar Rupiah. Sebab itu, kata Miko, anak-anak harus sangat berhati-hati dalam menggunakan gadget agar tidak tersandung kasus hukum.
PGtS seri ketiga ini dihadiri oleh pengurus Komite Sekolah SMAN 3 Sukri Umar dan Marlim. Juga turut hadir alumni SMAN 3 Padang Firman Wanipin.
Sementara itu, dari pengurus dan anggota Peradi Cabang Padang yang hadir adalah Wilson Saputra, Yudhi Frimayuda, Rezki Februrianto, Adrian, Erpina, Susan, Yusi Marlina, Husnul Fajri, Newton Nusantara, Wendi dan Suci.
