Hadir pada kesempatan itu, Sekda Kab Solok Medison, S.Sos, M.Si, Kepala DPRKPP Kab Solok ( daring) beserta jajaran, Kepala Kantor BPN Kab Solok, Kabag SDA Setda Kab Solok Anthony Saliza
Badan Bank Tanah, menyampaikan, terima kasih kepada Kantor Pertanahan yang telah menindaklanjuti putusan dari Menteri ATR/BPN terkait dengan penguasaan tanah yang terkait dengan HGU (Hak Guna Usaha).
Video Conference (Vidcon) kali ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari kunjungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Solok ke Badan Bank Tanah (BBT) beberapa waktu yang lalu
Badan Bank Tanah merupakan badan khusus yang mengelola tanah serta berfungsi untuk melaksanakan perencanaan, perolehan, pengadaan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan dan pendistribusian tanah.
Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri HPL BBT akan digunakan untuk peningkatan ekonomi berkeadilan bagi masyarakat dengan pemberiaan sertifikat untuk perumahan akan diberikan HGB (hak guna bangunan) dan untuk pertanian akan diberikan Hak Pakai .
Kami minta kepada pihak terkait agar memberikan rincian data terkait tanah yang akan dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat maupun pemerintah daerah.
Terkait dengan potensi-potensi yang ada di Kabupaten Solok nantinya akan ada kerja sama dengan pihak-pihak terkait agar dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan pemerin
Sekda Kabupaten Solok, menyampaikan,apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada Badan Bank Tanah terhadap tugas yang telah dilakdengan baik.
Di Kabupaten Solok tanah-tanah yang bersifat ex-HGU ini banyak yang tidak memiliki kejelasan, karena dikuasi atau dikelola oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawa.
Permintaan kami kepada DPRKPP Kab Solok, untuk menangani permasalahan ini secara serius agar tidak terjadi permasalahan dikemudian hari.
Pada hari ini Bapak bupati sangat bangga dan gembira karena kita sudah mendapat kepastian terkait HGU Ex PT. Krakatau Lima Sejati karena lokasinya sangat berdekatan dengan Kantor Bupati Solok.
Langkah yang dilakukan terhadap HGU Ex PT.Krakatau Lima Sejati ini adalah langkah yang sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Solok.
Pemkab Solok juga telah mengajukan permohonan HPL terkait pengelolaan menjadi aset Pemkab Solok sekitar 200 Hektar tanah, yang akan digunakan untuk kepentingan Pemerintah Daerah.
Harapan kami kedepan untuk Badan Bank Tanah agar selalu mendukung dan membantu Pemkab Solok dalam penanganan masalah tanah ini.
Terkait dengan Permohonan Lapas dan Universitas untuk penggunaan lahan, agar secepatnya mendapatkan kejelasan.
Kami mendukung sepenuhnya langkah selanjutnya dari Badan Bank Tanah dan Kanwil ATR/BPN, dengan pendekatan kepada masyarakat penggarap lahan tsb di lokasi.
Untuk Provinsi Sumatera Barat kita Kabupaten Solok termasuk yang pertama mendapatkan SK pendayagunaan tanah ex HGU dari menteri yang bekerjasama dengan bank tanah serta mempelopori reforma agraria. Zaldi
