Kabar duka berpulangnya Rhian D,Khincai, sangat mengejutkan kalangan seniman. Dari postingan media sosial, almarhum masih terlihat sehat dan sempat mengunjungi beberapa provinsi. Bahkan, masih terlihat ceria, membawakan lagu dibebera kafe dikunjunginya.
Almarhum, semasa hidup dikenal sebagai sosok ceria. Candanya sering memecah kebekuan dan membuat suasana semakin ramai. Almarhum, merupakan sosok yang enak diajak bicara dan diskusi. Kata kata yang keluar sangat bermakna dan penuh pesan kehidupan
Semasa hidup, almarhum merupakan sosok multitalenta. Owner Tabloid Editorial ini, juga wartawan senior yang sangat disegani. Sebagai pencipta lagu, ia mengorbitkan Gamawan Fauzi, mantan Menteri Dalam Negeri lewat lagu Bungo Lembah Gumanti.
Almarhum merupakan saudara, kakak dan teman se profesi yang sangat peduli dengan rekan rekan. Saat kami sama sama di Tabloid Publik, ia tak segan segan membimbing wartawan pemula untuk menularkan ilmunya. Sebagai seorang seniman, kami sering diskusi, terutama masalah SMI kedepan
Sebelum menghembuskan nafas terakhir, almarhum menorehkan tinta emas di blantika musik minang. Lagu Biso Ujuang Kato, berhasil masuk sepuluh lagu terbaik Lomba Cipta Lagu Minang 2022. Dan, lagu ini, membuktikan, meski di usia senja, ia masih tetap berkarya.
Semangat dan karya almarhum, tetap abadi. Lagu ciptaannya, tetap dikenang sepanjang masa. Bahkan, menjadi torehan emas diblantika musik minang. Selamat jalan saudaraku Rhian D’Khincai. Sorga Allah menantimu. Nv
