JAKARTA, INVESTIGASI_Bupati Solok Epyardi Asda bertandang ke Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (Bappenas RI). Agenda tersebut dilakukan dalam rangka mempersentasikan kebutuhan masyatakat Kabupaten Solok dalam bidang pertanian dan perternakan yang diharapkan dapat dukungan anggaran dari pemerintah pusat.
Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Epyardi Asda langsung diterima oleh Deputy Maritim Bapenas RI, Dr Vivi Yulaswati M.Sc.
“Hari ini saya datang ke Bappenas, dalam rangka memperjuangkan Dana Pusat (DAK) kembali mengucur untuk Kabupaten Solok. Alhamdulillah diterima langsung oleh Deputy Maritim Bapenas, ibuk Dr. Vivi Yulaswati,” jelas Epyardi Asda
Epyardi menjelaskan, setelah ia sukses menarik Dana Pusat (DAK) sangat besar hingga 107 Milyar untuk Kabupaten Solok, ia melihat peluang Kabupaten Solok masih bisa mendapatkan tambahan kucuran dana pusat untuk pengembangan holtikultura, untuk itu ia melakikan “jemput bola”.
“Saya kembali melihat peluang, Kabupaten Solok kembali menerima Dana Pusat (DAK). Untuk itu saya jemput bola, karena potensi seperti ini kita harus punya inisiatif dan gerak cepat”, ujar Epyardi Asda
“Kepala daerah harus paham tahapan anggaran pemerintah pusat, sehingga ia tahu kapan harus jemput bola dan harus punya kemauan bersinergi, tidak jalan sendiri, inilah kunci keberhasilan kami dalam menarik dana pusat (DAK) untuk pembangunan dan kesejahteraan rakyat Solok,” jelas Epyardi Asda.
Seperti diketahui, Bupati Solok Epyardi Asda tahun ini berhasil menarik dana pusat (DAK) sebesar 107 Milyar untuk Kabupaten Solok, tertinggi di Sumatera Barat. Bupati yang sudah berpengalaman di pemerintahan ini dikenal memiliki relasi dengan pemerintah pusat yang cukup luas, sehingga relasi tersebut ia manfaatkan untuk Kabupaten Solok. Rel/Nv
