Padang, investigasionline- Anggota Komisi VI DPR RI Andre Rosiade wujudkan pembangunan Pasar Belimbing Kota Padang, hasil dari mediasi Kementerian Perdagangan dengan Pemko Padang. Anggaran sebesar Rp 4 miliar pun dikucurkan untuk infrastruktur pasar dimaksud
Terealisasinya pembangunan pasar rakyat yang berada di Kecamatan Kuranji tersebut, ditandai dengan peletakan batu pertama yang dilakukan Walikota Hendri Septa dengan Andre Rosiade, Selasa (2/8/2022)
Kerja keras Andre Rosiade memboyong dana pemerintah pusat ke Kota Padang sangat diapresiasi oleh Ketua DPC Gerindra Kota Padang Verry Mulyadi. Kepada wartawan, Verry mengatakan bahwa peran Andre Rosiade sebagai perwakilan rakyat di Senayan, sangat membantu masyarakat berjuluk Kota Bingkuang.
Dengan berubahnya wajah Pasar Belimbing kedepan menjadi lebih representatif, otomatis membuat warga yang berkunjung menjadi nyaman dan aman dalam berbelanja. Efeknya tentu membuat perputaran ekonomi di pasar menjadi lebih kencang.
“Andre Rosiade berhasil membawa kue pembangunan ke Kota Padang. Ini bukti bahwa sebagai perwakilan masyarakat Padang di Parlemen, Andre membangun Padang dengan kebersamaan. Ia menjadi wakil bagi seluruh masyarakat, bukan sebagai wakil untuk sebagian kelompok,” kata Verry.
Anggota Komisi VI DPR RI Andre Rosiade saat peletakan batu pertama pembangunan Pasar Belimbing mengatakan, Pasar Rakyat Belimbing adalah satu dari sejumlah pasar yang pembangunannya difasilitasi olehnya di Sumbar.
Dimana sebelumnya tahun 2010 telah dibangun dua pasar di Kabupaten Dharmasraya dan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan (Pessel). Selanjutnya pada 2021 juga dibangun Pasar Pematang Panjang di Kabupaten Sijunjung.
“Saya sangat bersyukur pembangunan Pasar Rakyat Belimbing hari ini pengerjaannya dimulai dengan membangun sebanyak 24 kios dan 66 hamparan disertai sarana penunjang lainnya. Hal ini merupakan upaya dan kolaborasi kita bersama-sama dalam menghadirkan fasilitas berdagang yang layak, aman dan nyaman bagi pedagang pasar. Semoga dengan itu minat masyarakat berbelanja ke pasar ini semakin meningkat. Jadi inilah harapan kita sesungguhnya,” katanya.
Menurut Andre, Pasar Rakyat Belimbing memang layak dibangun, apalagi pernah terbakar dan pembangunannya sekarang juga tersendat.
“Kami bersama Pemko memastikan pembangunannya dengan mendatangi Menteri Perdagangan beberapa bulan yang lalu. Proposal yang diberikan oleh Pemko pun alhamdulillah diakomodir oleh Menteri Perdagangan,” sambung Ketua DPD Partai Gerindra Sumbar itu. (*)
