Pembibitan ini dilakukan di tempat pembibitan yang telah disediakan di dalam greenhouse.
Dr.Deded selaku peneliti dari greenhouse ini menyampaikan bahwa bibit kentang ini dipantau dengan alat yang bisa membaca frekuensi dari tanaman kentang. Setelah berumur cukup, bibit akan dipindahkan ke tahap robotic guna menunjang kualitas dan jumlah dari buah yang akan dihasilkan.
Wabup Jon Firman Pandu menyampaikan rasa bangga terhadap langkah-langkah yang telah dilakukan oleh KKT tech Robotic ini. “Ini sebuah prestasi bagi kita di Kabupaten Solok karena kita satu-satunya di Sumatera yang telah melakukan inovasi ini” ucapnya.
