Itupun, katanya, termasuk penyegaran perangkat pertandingan dan beberapa aspek yang akan kita benaih. Sehingga, kompetisi kita semakin kompetitif.
Disinggung berapa klub yang akan ikut serta pada Liga 3 pada musim ini, ia mengatakan akan ada 25 klub yang sudah kita putus dan dalam kongres nanti.
Indra Datuak Rajo Lelo memberikan pesan moral agar kepala daerah juga turut memperhatikan klub daerahya. Tujuannya, agar klub tersebut mampu ikut memberikan kontribusi bagi sepakbola Sumatera Barat.
