PADANG, INVESTIGASI_Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Padang melaporkan terjadinya insiden tenggelam pada hari Minggu, 23 Februari 2025, pukul 12.15 WIB, di Bendungan Lubuk Rayo, Kelurahan Lubuk Minturun, Kecamatan Koto Tangah.
Menurut Kabid Kedaruratan dan Logistik Al Banna “Korban, yang bernama Alwiansyah (22 tahun), merupakan siswa dari Pesantren Daya Al Ikhlas, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Ia bersama sembilan rekannya sedang menjalani safari dakwah di Kota Padang dan Bukittinggi. Korban tiba di Padang pada 16 Februari 2025 dan pada hari kejadian, Alwiansyah bersama dua rekannya sedang mandi di bendungan.”
Setelah mandi selama sekitar 10 -15 menit, dua rekan korban menyadari bahwa Alwiansyah tidak terlihat dan segera berusaha mencarinya. Mereka meminta bantuan kepada masyarakat setempat untuk mencari korban.” Ujar Al Banna
Kejadian ini berakhir tragis ketika Tim gabungan menermukan korban dan sempat di lakukan pertolongan pertama pada korban, dan setelah itu korban di bawa ke RS Siti Ramah, dan berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan Tim Medis di IGD RS tersebut korban dinyatakan KODE HITAM.
Dari informasi yang dihimpun, saksi mata dalam kejadian ini adalah Nabil (17 tahun) dan Yasir (18 tahun), yang juga merupakan siswa pesantren.
Tim gabungan yang terlibat dalam pencarian korban terdiri dari BPBD Kota Padang, Basarnas, Lurah, Babinsa, Bhabinkantibmas, dan Ambulance Rumah Zakat.
BPBD Kota Padang menghimbau masyarakat untuk lebih berhati-hati saat melakukan aktivitas di tempat umum, terutama di area perairan.
