Harapan pengendara dan warga preservasi jalan dan jembatan Lubuk Alung – Pariaman – Padang Sawah, bisa nyaman dilalui saat arus mudik lebaran, bakal terujud. PT. Anugerah Tripa Raya (PT. ATR) dan Pejabat Pelaksana Kegiatan (PPK) 1.5, bekerja keras demi memenuhi keinginan pengendara dan warga.
PARIAMAN, INVESTIGASI_Tak dipungkiri, beberapa paket proyek jalan nasional milik Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga di Sumbar, menuai pujian berbagai kalangan. Melalui Balai Pelaksanaan Jalan (BPJN) 3 Padang dan Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional (PJN) Wilayah 1 dan 2, kondisi jalan nasional mulai mancilak dan mulus.
Khusus untuk preservasi jalan dan jembatan Lubuk Alung – Pariaman – Padang Sawah, indah dipandang mata. Aspal hitam sepanjang jalan dikerjakan PT. Anugerah Tripa Raya, bagaikan hamparan permadani. Rekanan bekerja profesional, pengawasanpun sangat ketat. Mutu dan kualitas juga terjaga. Sebab, bekerja sesuai kontrak.

Efriwandi, ST, MT, Pejabat Pelaksana Kegiatan (PPK), terus berupaya agar jalan nasional tersebut, dapat memberikan kenyamanan saat arus mudik lebaran nanti. Dan, ia berharap rekanan bekerja sebaik mungkin, sesuai kontrak. Sehingga bisa dilewati pemudik dengan lancar, tanpa kendala dan masalah.
“Berikan yang terbaik dan kenyamanan terhadap pengendara yang melewati jalan ini saat lebaran nanti. Makanya, kita berharap agar rekanan tetap mengutamakan mutu dan kualitas. Jalan yang dikerjakan untuk pengaspalan di daerah By Pas Kota Pariaman ada AC-BASE, AC- BC dan AC – WC,” katanya, seraya menyebutkan, itupun melalui pengawasan yang ketat.
Pengendara dan warga juga memuji, pekerjaan proyek bernomor kontrak : 07/PPK/SK-PJN1-Bb.03.23.1.5/1/2022, tanggal 17 Januari 2022, nilai kontrak Rp19.931.164.000, sumber dana APBN, waktu pelaksanaan 330 hari kerja ini. Pasalnya, meski rekanan mengebut pekerjaan, namun tak menganggu kelancaran lalu lintas. Profesional PT. ATR dan konsultan supervisi PT. Laras Sembada KSO, PT. Civarligma Engeneering, bisa mengatasi persoalan dilapangan.
“Saya tiap bolak balik melewati jalan ini. Meski, dalam tahap pekerjaan, namun tak begitu berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran lalu lintas. Rekanan sangat profesional, pekerjaan jalan, lalu lintas tak terganggu. Sekarang dibeberapa ruas, kondisi jalan mancilak, bak hamparan permadani,” kata Awi, warga Kota Pariaman, seraya mengatakan, semoga dunsanak kita mudik lebaran nyaman melewati jalan ini.
Jon, PT. ATR, menyadari tinggi beban pekerjaan jelang lebaran ini. Masyarakat butuh kenyamanan saat pulang mudik. Makanya, kita mengkebut pekerjaan, tapi tetap mengutamakan mutu dan kualitas.
