Meski, Balai Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional (BPJN) III Padang, Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional (PJN) Wilayah 2 Sumatera Barat, telah menyerahkan pekerjaan jalan Kawasan Mande dan jalan Bayang kepada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataaan Ruang (PUPR) Sumbar, namun terkesan kurang perawatan.
PAINAN, INVESTIGASI_Jalan Kawasan Mande ( Padang – Painan) milik BPJN III Padang, sudah selesai dikerjakan dan diserahterimakan kepada Dinas PUPR Sumbar. Termasuk juga jalan Bayang menuju objek wisata Jembatan Akar. Namun, dibeberapa titik kondisinya sangat memprihatinkan. Dan, rentan menelan korban.
Telusuran media ini, sepanjang jalan Padang – Painan melewati Kawasan Mande dibeberapa lokasi, kondisinya membahayakan pengendara melewati jalan tersebut. Bekas longsoran, masih tertumpuk dibibir jalan. Bahkan, batu ukuran besar disertai batu berukuran sedang, bertumpuk dibibir jalan. Itupun hanya dibatasi police line.
Batu besar seukuran mobil pick up itu, tanpa ada ganjalan dibawah untuk menghambat. Hanya batu berukuran sedang yang menghalang, itupun berjatuhan saat terjadinya longsor. Batu ukuran, dibibir jalan, jika bergerak akan menutupi badan jalan. Dan, beresiko menghantam pengendara melewati jalan itu.
Keresahan itu, dirasakan Suhatril, warga Sumbar yang lama merantau ke Jakarta. Saat libur, iapun mengitari kawasan mande. Sepanjang perjalanan menikmati indahnya alam laut dan pegunungan, ia tertegun melihat tumpukan batu besar dibibir jalan bekas longsoran. Ia merasa terkejut tumpukan batu bekas longsor itu, tak dibuang. Hanya ditutupi police line.
“Rambu dan police lice melindungi tumpukan batu bekas longsoran itu, saat membahayakan pengendara yang melewati jalan tersebut, terutama malam hari. Jika bergerak sedikit, agar menutupi badan jalan dan menimpa kendaraan melintasi jalan itu,” katanya sembari menyebutkan, haruskah menunggu korban, baru dibuang.
Suhatril semakin tak nyaman, saat mobil yang dibawa pergi menikmati indahnya alam di Negeri Sejuta Pesona Wisata Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan ini. Pasalnya, saat ia bersama keluarga ini menuju lokasi wisata ternama Jembatan Akar di Kecamatan Bayang, kendaraannya hampir terperosok masuk jurang.
Penyebabnya, longsor memakan bibir jalan itu, sangat membahayakan. Sebab, jika terperosok akan masuk jurang. “Inipun tanpa rambu pengamanan, hanya dibatasi tali pengaman yang sudah putus. Untung saja melewati jalan ini, saat siang hari. Entah apa yang terjadi, jika melintas saat malam hari,” katanya, sembari berharap seharusnya indahnya lokasi wisata ini, juga disertai transportasi jalan.
Suaidi, PPK 2.3 PJN Wilayah 2 Sumbar, mengaku jalan ini sudah diserahterimakan kepada Dinas PUPR Sumbar. Selanjutnya, akan menjadi tanggungjawab Dinas PUPR Sumbar.
