Sepertinya, sudah tak bisa lagi bicara tentang Mastilizal Aye. Sebagai wakil rakyat sudah banyak dilakukan. Sudah terbukti, apa yang dijanjikan kepada warga. Lakek tangan Mastilizal Aye, sudah dirasakan warga. Sosok yang peduli nagari dan kampung halaman. Diluar sebagai wakil rakyat, Aye juga membuktikan kinerjanya, saat dipercaya menjadi Ketua Organda dan Ketua Askot PSSI Kota Padang.
Sudah menjadi perbincangan orang se nagari, Aye tokoh sentral dibalik bergulir kompetisi sepakbola di Kota Padang. Sudah lama mati suri kompetisi ditangan Aye kembali berkibar dan bergulirnya si kulit bundar dilapangan hijau. Gairah sepakbola mulai membahana. Kompetisi berbagai usia terselenggara dimana mana. Berbagai prestasi juga menghampiri, bibit terbaikpun bermunculan mengharumkan nama Kota Padang ditingkat nasional.
Sebagai Ketua Organda Kota Padang, sopir angkut terbaik Sumbar ini, juga membuktikan diri. Sekarang, bersama Pemko Padang, Mastilizal Aye sukses dengan Trans Padang. Bahkan, sudah mencapai koridor enam. Termasuk nanti jalur ke Kampus Unand. Mastilizal melalui Organda, mampu memanjakan warga dengan transportasi murah, nyaman dan terjangkau. Trans Padang menjadi solusi, masalah transportasi sekarang ini.
Kalau kinerjanya sebagai anggota dewan, Ketua Fraksi Gerindra ini, tak diragukan lagi. Dana Pokirnya, sudah menyentuh warga dan sangat dirasakan warga. Secara pribadi, Sekretaris DPC Gerindra Kota Padang ini, sudah membuktikan kepeduliannya. Buktinya, untuk pembangunan Mesjid yang bukan Dapilnya, Mastilizal Aye, ikhlas memberikan bantuan Rp100 juta uang pribadinya. Tak terucapkan dengan kata kata, sungguh perbuatan yang mulia.
Putra Kuranji ini yang menghabiskan waktu luangnya bergelut di lapangan hijau ini, juga sensitif terhadap penderitaan warga. Terutama, berkaitan dengan masalah pendidikan. Mastilizal Aye tak berpikir panjang, memberikan bantuan secara pribadi untuk anak anak yang butuh biaya pendidikan. Terutama anak kurang, namun berprestasi.
Mastilizal Aye,tak pernah melupakan sahabat dan orang kampung, meski sudah menjadi wakil rakyat. Sehari harinya, Mastilizal Aye, masih sering duduk di warung bersama warga. Jabatan sebagai wakil rakyat tak jadi pembatas. Tetap bertatap muka warga dengan bebas. Candanya tak berubah, senyumnya tulus dan ikhlas saat duduk bersama warga. Aye menyadari, ia bisa duduk menjadi wakil rakyat, karena bantuan warga. Tak sepantasnya, melupakan begitu saja. Bersambung.
