SUNGAI PENUH, INVESTIGASI_ KPPN Sungai Penuh mengadakan kegiatan Pembinaan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Triwulan III Tahun 2022 satuan kerja mitra KPPN Sungai Penuh yang bernama Ngobrol Para Instansi Kerja, Integritas, Cepat, Akuntabel, Inovatif atau yang biasa disebut dengan “Ngopi Kincai”.
Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara hybrid, yaitu luring dan daring, di IAIN Kerinci dengan narasumber dari Kanwil DJPb Provinsi Jambi yaitu Kepala Seksi Pembinaan Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintah Pusat (PSAPP), Bapak Hudi Sadmoko. Kegiatan ini dimulai pukul 09.00 WIB dengan dibuka oleh Bapak Desriandi Kepala KPPN Sungai Penuh
Dalam sambutannya diadakan Ngopi Kincai ini dilatar belakangi sebagai evaluasi dari laporan keuangan semester 1 tahun anggaran 2022, yaitu pada S-40/PB/PB.6/2022 tentang Penyusunan dan Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Kementerian Negara/Lembaga Triwulan 3 beberapa hal yang perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan 3 poin utama yaitu Aset tetap belum diregister, pagu minus, dan Pengungkapan pada CaLK yang belum memadai.
Oleh karena itu, acara ini diadakan dihadiri oleh operator keuangan dari setiap satkerMitra Kerja lingkup KPPN Sungai Penuh dan dengan mendatangkan narasumber langsung dari Kanwil DJPb Provinsi Jambi, diharapkan laporan keuangan nantinya dapat lebih berkualitas dan andal katanya
Hadir Wakil Rektor I IAIN Kerinci Bapak Dr. Ahmad Jamin, S.AG, S.IP, M.AG memberikan sambutannya bahwa laporan keuangan perlu pertanggungjawaban dan akuntabel imbuhnya. Selain itu Kepala KPPN Sungai Penuh memberikan Plakat Handal (Harmonis, Amanah, Digital, Akuntabel, dan Loyal) Kepada Bapak Wakil Rektor I.
Kemudian acara dilanjuti dengan Moderator kegiatan ini oleh Bapak Jon Hendri Kepala Seksi Verifikasi Akuntansi dan Kepatuhan Internal yang begitu membuat suasana sosialisasi meriah dan sesi tanya jawab dari para peserta yang mendapatkan souvenir dari KPPN Sungai penuh.
Tak lupa juga Bapak Jamaludin Salim selaku PTPN terampil memberikan tips dan kiat-kiat dalam laporan keuangan dan juga Shania Mentari Ayu selaku pelaksana seksi Vera menyampaikan Beberapa hal terkait timeline rekonsiliasi eksternal periode September, kebijkakan penyelesaiaan rekonsiliasi, bagaimana proses penyusunan laporan keuangan MonSAKTI, beberapa ketentuan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, bagaimana mengoptimalkan menu to do list untuk meningkatkan kualitas data pada laporan keuangan, serta pengungkapan program PC-PEN dan Prioritas Nasional.
Setelah pemaparan materi, dilanjutkan dengan NgopiKincai Quiz yang berhadiah menarik diikuti oleh seluruh peserta sosialisasi. Jon Hendri
