Sijunjung-investigasi, Direktur Utama Pertamina Gas Nasional (PGN) Muhamad Haryo Yunianto menyebut, rencana PGN menjadi offtaker atau pembeli hasil produksi gas Lapangan Sinamar, Blok South West Bukit Barisan, Sijunjung adalah berkat anggota DPR RI asal Sumbar Andre Rosiade. Bahkan, direksi PGN langsung datang ke lokasi titik yang dikelola oleh PT. Rizki Bukit Barisan (RBB) yang segera memasuki tahap produksi.
“Kami datang ke Sijunjung sebagai langkah lanjutan pertemuan Pemkab Sijunjung di kantor PGN Jakarta yang diprakarsai pak Andre Rosiade,” kata Dirut PGN Haryo didampingi Direktur Infrastruktur dan Teknologi Achmad Muchtasyar, Kamis (25/8/2022) saat kunjungan ke Sumur Gas Sinamar 3 Sijunjung bersama Anggota DPR RI Andre Rosiade, Bupati Sijunjung Benny Dwifa, Wakil Bupati Iradatillah dan juga tokoh masyarakat Sijunjung lainnya. Ikut juga Ketua DPC Gerindra Verry Mulyadi dalam kesempatan itu.
Manajemen PGN sangat berterima kasih sudah diterima dan diberikan penjelasan langsung di lokasi soal potensi gas Sijunjung.
“Alhamdulillah kami telah diberikan saran dan mendapatkan data. Insya Allah ini bisa dilanjutkan dan bisa menambah APBD. Karena otomatis PGN akan berinvestasi 40-50 juta US Dolar. Membangun berbagai sarana dan prasarana yang bisa merekrut tenaga kerja. Kita berharap segera terwujud,” katanya,” katanya.
Direktur Infrastruktur dan Teknologi PGN Achmad Muchtasyar menambahkan, mendapatkan sumber-sumber gas baru adalah langkah PGN mengurangi impor elpiji Indonesia yang mencapai 70 persen. PGN akan terus membangun jaringan gas rumah tangga, yang bisa saja bersumber dari Sijunjung untuk Sumbar atau Pulau Sumatra.
“Minimal dimanfaatkan di Sumbar dulu. Karena kami nilai produksinya mencapai 10 mm sampai 35 mm. Angka ini cukup besar atau bisa untuk Sumatra. Bisa untuk industri pupuk di Aceh, semen di Padang dan lainnya. Tergantung kualitas dan kapasitasnya. Kami sedang berdiskusi dengan RBB. Terkait keteknisan yang ada sedikit tantangan. Ada kandungan CO2 yang cukup tinggi. Sekarang juga dicari cara mengangkut dan lainnya. Investasi PGN akan sangat besar, bisa mencapai Rp450 miliar untuk 5 sumur,” katanya.
Direksi PGN mengakui potensi gas yang ada di Sijunjung mencapai 10 mm untuk satu struktur.
Sedangkan Sijunjung memiliki sebanyak 11 struktur yang berpotensi besar. Melihat potensi yang ada, sebagai perusahaan negara yang mengelola gas hasil bumi dari hulu ke hilir, PGN berkomitmen agar potensi gas di Sijunjung bisa segera diproduksi.
Anggota DPR RI Andre Rosiade menyebutkan, sebagai wakil rakyat dia harus memberikan kontribusi yang nyata untuk Sumbar. “Kami sebagai anggota DPR dari Fraksi Gerindra, sesuai pesan pak Prabowo harus jadi solusi. Bantu pembangunan Sumbar. Sebagai kader kami bekerja dan berkolaborasi dengan Pemda untuk masyarakat. Insya Allah kolaborasi kami bersama bisa menyejahterakan masyarakat,” kata ketua harian DPP Ikatan Keluarga Minang (IKM) ini.
Andre Rosiade berkomitmen akan memperjuangkan potensi gas yang dimiliki Sijunjung bisa segera diproduksi. “Kami melihat Sijunjung punya sumber daya alam yang bagus, jika produksi gas ini bisa segera dimulai akan berdampak terhadap kemajuan dan pembangunan daerah, PAD meningkat, lapangan kerja terbuka dan berdampak positif terhadap perekonomian masyarakat,” papar Andre.
Terkait sektor pendukung lainnya, kata Andre Rosiade, akan terus upayakan nanti bersama.
Sementara itu, Verry Mulyadi yang juga Ketua DPC Gerindra Kota Padang mengapresiasi gerak cepat serta kepedulian Andre Rosiade untuk kemajuan Ranah Minang.
Dengan perjuangan Andre Rosiade tersebut potensi gas sebagai sumber daya alam yang dimiliki Kabupaten Sijunjung bisa segera di produksi dan meningkatkan perekonomian daerah tersebut.
“Dampak positifnya pasti banyak terutama ke masyarakat Sijunjung. Akan ada lapangan kerja baru dan perekonomian daerah juga ikut tertunjang dengan baik,” sebut Verry Mulyadi.
Selain itu, dengan beroperasinya produksi gas itu maka akan ikut mendongkrak dan membantu APBD Sijunjung. Selain itu juga meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Sijunjung.
Penggiat sepak bola nasional ini berharap proses produksi gas ini bisa terealisasi dalam waktu dekat sehingga manfaatnya juga bisa dirasakan masyarakat dengan cepat.(*).
