PADANG– INVESTIGASI, Sosialisasi dan diskusi kenaikan retribusi sampah dan pengelolaannya, sesuai Perda No.01 Tahun 2024, mulai tahun 2025 berlangsung hangat di Kantor Camat Pauh Kota Padang, Selasa (24/12)
Diikuti perwakilan warga, RT, RW, LPM, aparat kelurahan dan lainnya.
Nara sumber dari DLH diwakili Yopi, dari PDAM dan tuan rumah Camat Pauh Titin Masfretin
Dalam rangka menanggulangi sampah secara menyeluruh di Kota Padang. Mulai tahun 2025 dilakukan lebih baik.
Antara lain setiap (104) kelurahan harus ada lembaga pengelola sampah (LPS),
Sampah ramah tangga akan dijemput oleh LPS, minimal dua kali seminggu.
Sedangkan pembiayaan petugas pengumpul sampah dibiayai dana/ retribusi yang dihimpun melalui PDAM Padang dari warga.
Pihak DLH akan menghimpun seluruh SK LPS yang diterbitkan oleh kelurahan sebagai persyaratan pencairan dana untuk LPS.
Tahun 2025 pengelolan sampah fuul dikelola oleh LPS kelurahan.
Untuk itu masyarakat berharap pengelolaannya lebih profesional tahun 2025, jangan ada lagi sampah yang berserakan sembarang tempat dan sampah rumah tangga betul betul dijemput LPS, ujar Sarkoni.
Saat ini baru ada 19 LPS/ lembaga pengelola sampah kelurahan yang resmi, dari 104 kelurahan di Padang..,Makanya DLH bersama aparat kecamatan/ kelurahan kerja keras untuk membentuk 104 LPS untuk penanggulangan sampah di Kota Padang.
Camat Pauh Titin Masfretin berharap aparat kelurahan bersama RT, RW, LPM dan warga melaksanakan Perda Nomor 01 Tahun 2024 tersebut.
Selain itu tahun 2025 tidak ada lagi iyuran/ retribusi sampah yang dobel dipungut ke warga. Hanya terpusat dipungut bersamaan dengan rekening PDAM Padang.
Mudah mudahan dengan pengelolaan sistem baru ini, sampah betul betul bisa dikelola dengan baik dan Padang makin bersih dan indah. — Richard
