Ketua Tim Wasnister Kolonel Inf Agustinus Budhi Soepijo bersama oleh Kapten Inf Yayan Hendrayana, didampingi Pjs Pasi Wanwil Staf Teritorial Korem 032/Wirabraja Kapten Inf M. Efendi dan disambut oleh Kepala Staf Kodim (Kasdim) 0309/Solok Mayor Inf Hendra Bagus Arioko Beserta Perwira Staf Kodim 0309/Solok.
Dandim 0309/Solok, Letkol Arm Reno Triambodo S.Sos., M.I.Pol., Kasdim Mayor Inf Hendra Bagus Arioko mengatakan bahwa kedatangan tim Wasnister Itpusterad ini guna melakukan pengawasan tentang pelaksanaan satuan Komando (Kowil) dalam melaksanakan pogram teknis teritorial.
Kunjungan juga bertujuan mengetahui perkembangan satuan Kowil dalam melaksanakan program kerja dan apa sebenarnya yang diperlukan terhadap aparat di wilayah, apa kekurangannya dimana, biar tahu sumbang saran dan sumbang sih untuk perbaikan satuan kedepan ” terang Kasdim.
