PASBAR, INVESTIGASI_Kepolisian Resor Pasaman Barat melalui Satuan Reserse Narkoba tak henti – henti menumpas pelaku maupun bandar Narkotika di wilayah hukum polres Pasaman Barat sebelumnya tanggal 09 Mei 2024 Satres Narkoba Polres Pasaman Barat telah berhasil meringkus empat pelaku penyalahgunaan Narkoba di Sudut Sembilan Nagari Air Bangis.
Berselang tiga hari Satresnarkoba kembali meringkus seorang pengedar narkotika jenis sabu, yang diketahui berinisial RS (38) yang merupakan warga Kapa Selatan, Nagari Kapa, Kecamatan Luhak Nan Duo, Pasaman Barat.
Pelaku berhasil diringkus oleh tim Opsnal dibawah pimpinan Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Pasaman Barat AKP Eri Yanto di Kapar Selatan, Nagari Kapa, Kecamatan Luhak Nan Duo, Sabtu (11/5/2024) sekitar pukul 22.30 WIB.
“Benar, pelaku ditangkap berdasarkan laporan dari masyarakat terkait maraknya peredaran Narkotika jenis sabu di wilayah Kapar Selatan Kenagarian Kapa,” ucap Kapolres Pasaman Barat AKBP Agung Tribawanto, S.Ik melalui Kasat Resnarkoba AKP Eri Yanto, Senin 13 Mei 2024.
Ia menambahkan, sebagai bentuk tindak lanjut atas laporan masyarakat tersebut, tim Opsnal langsung melakukan penyelidikan dan pengintaian disekitar lokasi yang dicurigai sebagai tempat transaksi sabu.
“Setelah melakukan pengintaian dan penyelidikan, tim Opsnal berhasil mengamankan seorang lelaki berinisial RS di Jalan Gang Rabat Beton, Jorong Kapar Selatan Nagari Kapa,” ujarnya.
Ditangan pelaku petugas menemukan barang bukti yang diduga Narkotika jenis sabu sebanyak 13 paket kecil dibungkus dengan plastik warna bening didalam kotak warna kuning yang disimpan didalam saku celana bagian depan sebelah kiri yang dipakai oleh pelaku.
Kemudian petugas juga menggeledah rumah pelaku yang disaksikan oleh Kepala Jorong dan Ketua Pemuda setempat, disana petugas menemukan empat paket sedang Narkotika jenis sabu di kandang ayam belakang rumah pelaku.
“Selain empat paket Narkotika jenis sabu, petugas juga menemukan timbangan digital, dan pelaku mengakui dihadapan petugas dan saksi bahwa seluruh barang bukti tersebut adalah benar miliknya,” terangnya.
Secara terperinci Kasat Resnarkoba menjelaskan, adapun barang bukti yang disita dari pelaku yakni, empat paket sedang sabu-sabu dibungkus dengan plastik warna bening, 13 paket kecil sabu-sabu yang dibungkus dengan plastik warna bening, satu buah plastik warna bening, satu buah sendo sabu-sabu terbuat dari pipet bening, satu buah pencetak paket sabu-sabu yang terbuat dari seng warna silver, satu buah kotak warna kuning dan satu unit handphone merk Vivo warna biru.
Selain itu, petugas juga menyita barang bukti lainnya berupa satu unit sepeda motor merk Yamaha Jupiter MC warna hitam kombinasi biru tanpa bodi, satu buah timbangan digital merk Miniscale, satu buah kotak rokok merk Surya, satu buah kotak rokok merk Monza, satu buah plastik klip ukuran besar warna bening, satu buah plastik bening, satu buah plastik warna putih merk Nirwana Style, satu helai celana jeans warna biru dan uang tunai sebesar Rp 604.000.
“Saat ini pelaku beserta barang bukti sudah berada di Polres Pasaman Barat untuk menjalani pemeriksaan dan proses penyidikan lebih lanjut,” jelasnya.
Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya penyidik menjerat pelaku dengan Pasal 114 ayat (2) Jo pasal 112 ayat (2) Jo Pasal 115 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal pidana penjara seumur hidup atau hukuman mati.
Sebelumnya, tim Polres Pasaman Barat telah berhasil mengamankan Empat pelaku penyalahgunaan Narkotika tersebut masing-masing pelaku diketahui identitasnya berinisial ED (37), AH (26), DD (32) dan ZA (19), di Jorong Kampung Padang Utara, Nagari Air Bangis, Kecamatan Sungai Beremas, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, Kamis (9/5/2024) sekitar pukul 03.00 WIB dini hari.
